Property Sale Registration (Title Deed)
This service allows applying to register the sale process (total or partial) between the two contracting parties — the seller and the purchaser, or their legal attorneys — by purchasing land or ready property.
What you need to bring
- Proof of ownership (Title Deed)
- Signed agreement between buyer and seller (MOU or Form F, where applicable)
- No-objection letter from the developer (if needed)
- Valid passport and Emirates ID for both the seller and buyer
- Email address and phone number for both parties
- If someone is acting on behalf of either party — their Power of Attorney document plus their own passport and Emirates ID
What it costs
DLD charge
- 4% of the sale price
- + AED 580 for apartments or villas
- + AED 430 for land plots
Registration Trustee fee
- AED 4,200 (VAT included) — for properties priced at AED 500,000 or above
- AED 2,100 (VAT included) — for properties below AED 500,000
How to pay
To DLD: manager's cheque, card, or payment link
To the Trustee office: card or cash
