What is a Trustee Office?

A Real Estate Trustee Office is the official intermediary between individuals, companies and the Dubai Land Department. It is the venue where property transactions — sales, transfers, mortgages, title deeds and tenancy contracts — are processed, verified and legally registered.
TTF holds two DLD licenses: a Real Estate Registration Trustee license, covering transactions that change or record ownership; and a Real Estate Services Trustee license, covering ongoing owner services such as Ejari, valuations and certificates.
In practice, this means everything you need to do with the DLD for your Dubai property can be completed at TTF — under one roof, in one visit, with a registered Title Deed in your hand at the end.
