Property Ownership Transfer

This service allows a buyer who purchased a property off-plan to resell it before the project is completed — transferring their ownership rights and payment obligations to a new buyer. The transaction is processed through the original Oqood registration.

What you need to bring

Original off-plan sale contract (Oqood)
Signed buyer-seller agreement (MOU or Form F, if applicable)
No-objection letter from the developer (mandatory)
Passport and Emirates ID for both parties (passport only for non-residents)
Email and phone number for both parties
Power of Attorney + POA holder's passport and Emirates ID (if applicable)
Latest Statement of Account from the developer

DLD fee

4% of the sale price
+ AED 40

Trustee fee

AED 5,250 (VAT included) — for properties valued at AED 500,000 or above
AED 3,675 (VAT included) — for properties below AED 500,000
