Property Ownership Data Amendments
This service allows the correction or update of ownership data registered against a property in the Dubai Land Department's system — such as passport details, Emirates ID information, or other personal data that may have changed or been recorded incorrectly.
What you need to bring
- Title Deed
- Owner's updated Emirates ID and/or Passport
- Valid Power of Attorney + POA holder's passport and Emirates ID (if the owner is outside the UAE)
- Supporting document showing the data that needs to be changed (e.g. new passport, updated Emirates ID)
