Delayed Sale Mortgage Modification
This service allows the modification of an existing mortgage contract registered under a delayed sale agreement. Modifications may include changes to the loan duration, property space, or name on the contract, and are processed based on a formal request from the financing bank.
What you need to bring
- Original delayed sale contract
- Original mortgage contract
- Letter from the bank stating the details of the modification, with the authorized bank signatory present at the time of registration
- Passport and Emirates ID of the property owner (non-residents: passport only)
- Power of Attorney + POA holder's passport and Emirates ID (if applicable)
- Owner or authorized POA holder must be present to sign at the time of registration

DLD fees
- AED 1,000 modification fee
- Knowledge fee: AED 10 per applicable fee
- Innovation Dirham fee: AED 10
